To be ranked among the top 3% of homes in a destination is a feat we're immensely proud of.

Homes must successfully navigate the demanding Plum Test, culminating in a meticulous inspection by an independent Home Critic. 

How it works:

• Discovery: Their experts meticulously curate a database of potential homes from each new destination.
  

• Shortlisting: Homes are evaluated based on location, design aesthetics, and guest reviews to create a shortlist of promising candidates.
  

• Contender Selection: Host interviews are conducted to identify homes with the potential to become Plum Award winners.
  

• Final Stages: To clinch the Plum Award, homes must exceed expectations during a guest stay and pass the critical Plum Home Test conducted by a seasoned Home Critic.
